Act Now! meet Enter Shikari! at Trestle Arts Base

Our senior students recently met locally grown, now hugely famous, band Enter Shikari, when they were rehearsing at our home venue at Trestle Arts Base. What a fantastic group, and an inspiration to all our young people who are working on a career in performing arts!
Thanks guys!

From Matilda to Whistle Down the Wind for Zak!

Huge congratulations to Act Now! student Zak, who has been playing the part of Eric in Matilda in the West End for the past year.
Zak came through three rounds of auditions to secure the role and makes his West End debut, at the Cambridge Theatre.

Zak's Mum, Talya, sent us a lovely message saying: “we're hugely grateful to you and everyone at Act Now! - without what he's learned and the confidence he's gained there, there's no way we'd be where we are now”
We are all very proud of  Zak, it was thrilling to go and see him perform in the West End, however, it is great to have him back at Act Now! where he is attending classes whilst rehearsing for the NYMT!
We now look forward to seeing Zak in the NYMT production of Whistle down the Wind in July.

has recently finished in the acclaimed production of Sweeney Todd at the Adelphi Theatre in London.

Having already graced west end stages in Les Misérables and Grease, we were very fortunate to have Emily on board, along with her partner Elliot Harper, to help us with our own production of Sweeney Todd.
